Loved work working with Jerry and his guys (especially JR) . We had some delays due to the wet rainy spring/summer and windows. Jerry was very responsive to any questions or details I wanted to know. He fixed any concerns or items I did not like. I feel like I could call Jerry a year from now if I was not happy with something. He would would make it right.

Home addition construction
Jerry and his crew were amazing when we requested to have a complicated deck built by the pool. They knew how to do it and explained why they would recommend one way over the other. They were all very detailed oriented and also listened to our requests and answered calls/texts promptly. We love the new deck and enjoyed it all last summer! Can’t wait to enjoy it again this summer!
I have hired Jerry and his crew for 2 separate jobs now and am curently asking him for a third. Each time I have been incredibly happy with the end result and each time it completely transformed my house.
As a fixer upper home owner I like doing everything I can before hiring help and Jerry is very respectful of quoting multiple different options with my capabilities in mind. He also helps craft the best possible vision with me before deciding on how the job should be done. I wanted a window carved in my load bearing galley kitchen wall and he instead helped me envision removing all walls of the kitchen except a single post. He did the wall removals, duct work, electrical, drywall and ensured everything was in good shape before letting me do the rest of my own remodel work. It allowed me to completely transform my house into a large combined living room and kitchen I love.
Most recently, I had attempted 5 prototypes for taking remaining hardwood and building floating stairs and it was tedious and meticulous work I did not have the time or capacity for solo so I decided to ask Jerry's team. They made the stairs look exactly the way I envisioned them with perfect craftsmanship to the point where they selected the most dramatic pieces to face outward. It was one of the last major house projects after 4.5 years of fixer upper work and I am so grateful. Jerry is great to work with and his teams are always skilled, efficient, detail oriented, and a delight.
